Ongoing education and development of staff is a key feature of our business strategy. A percentage of the annual payroll is allocated to skills training initiatives, both in-house and externally.
Procurement
Over 60% of our procurement spend is directed at BEE companies. We conduct rigorous screening of all suppliers to ensure their compliance with BEE criteria. We place emphasis on smaller companies and believe in helping those businesses to achieve growth and success over time.

We are committed to the principles of social upliftment in South Africa and focus on projects which give our staff an opportunity to become personally involved in the social initiatives we support.
