Ernest Mabena

Ernest has nearly two decades of experience in retirement benefits, member education and financial literacy. He began his career as a Training Facilitator and Senior Learning Facilitator at Old Mutual, before spending nearly nine years at Alexander Forbes Financial Services as an Educator and Inland Manager for Member Education. Ernest joined Sygnia in 2018 as a Retirement Benefits Counsellor and was appointed Manager of Retirement Benefits Counselling in February 2023. He is committed to helping fund members understand their retirement savings and make informed financial decisions.
