Sihle Msayi

Sihle has over eight years of experience in employee benefits, retirement fund consulting and financial services. She began her career in financial services in 2016 before joining Sygnia in 2017, where she progressed through a number of employee benefits consulting roles. She also gained valuable experience at Discovery before returning to Sygnia in 2024 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. Sihle has completed professional training in investment management, communication and wealth management, helping members better understand their retirement benefits and make informed financial decisions.
