The Sygnia Itrix 4th Industrial Revolution Global Equity ETF, the first Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) of its kind in South Africa, will be listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in December. This new ETF will track the Kensho New Economies Composite Index℠, an index compiled and owned by Kensho Technologies Inc. This index blends exposure to 16 different Kensho market indices, each representing a different ‘new economy’ industry. Each index focuses on a different sector, including drones, robotics, space, wearables, cybersecurity, 3D printing, autonomous vehicles, nanotechnology, smart buildings, virtual reality, cleantech, genetic engineering and clean energy.
