Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an important part of Sygnia’s corporate responsibility and is overseen by the Transformation, Social and Ethics Committee, a formal subcommittee of the Board of Directors.

Social Investment Focus
Education
Sygnia’s key CSI focus is on education, investing in initiatives from early childhood development through to tertiary education programmes. Social challenges that confront the nation are considered when identifying relevant projects.
Sustainability
Sygnia collaborates with sustainable organisations and on projects that focus on empowerment through education, helping previously disadvantaged individuals to actively participate in the South African economy.
