Prior to joining Sygnia, Andrew spent 13 years at Investment Solutions where he was the Head of Marketing Support. Andrew started his career at Standard Bank South Africa where he spent five years culminating in the position of Retail Manager. Thereafter he spent two years at Alexander Forbes Financial Services as a Business Development Manager of Products and Services.
Denisha started her career with the Financial Services team at Deloitte. She spent five years consulting to pension funds at the likes of Alexander Forbes, Liberty and ABSA before moving into a client executive role in the Investment Solutions arm of Alexander Forbes. She holds a BCom Honours in Accounting, a postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning and a CFA certificate in Investment Foundations. Denisha has extensive financial service experience, with a strong focus in financial risk assessment and management, auditing, regulation and compliance, business valuations and investments.
Iva Madjarova has spent the majority of her career consulting to some of the largest pension funds in the country. She spent the first 10 years of her working career at Alexander Forbes Financial Services and two years in the investment team at Alexander Forbes Investments, focusing on the portfolio construction of their global solutions. She then spent time at Investec, providing bespoke investment solutions to small- and medium-sized retirement funds, and then worked at NMG Benefits, leading their key account management program across the business. Iva joined Sygnia in January 2020 to provide advisory services to some of our larger clients and to focus on the business development of Sygnia Itrix.
