Statement: Court action against the state capture of Eskom

Sygnia advises that our CEO Magda Wierzycka, together with the Helen Suzman Foundation, filed a case against the state capture of Eskom on the 14th of December 2017. She has done so solely in her capacity as a taxpayer and private citizen of South Africa. We support this valiant stand against corruption and mismanagement of public resources.
